Limited Product Warranty

CarzSpa AutoFresh Pvt. Ltd. guarantees that Aegis Paint Protection Films are free from manufacturer defects. Covered defects include discolouration, cracking, blistering, delaminating, excessive colour change or yellowing and staining solely due to manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes damages caused by normal wear and tear, road debris impact, accidents, collisions, watermarks, scratches, intentional damage, lack of proper aftercare, installation errors, workmanship errors, non-compliance with company guidelines, improper handling, application on repainted panels, or application on any surface other than clear-coated automotive panels. It applies only to non-commercial vehicles and is non-transferable.

Installation Requirements

For the warranty to remain valid, initial application, reapplication, or repair must be completed by an Authorised CarzSpa Detailing Studio. Locate a certified CarzSpa studio through our Studio Finder page.

Warranty Service

During the warranty period, CarzSpa has the option to repair or replace the product without charge if the film fails due to a covered manufacturing defect. Customers should first contact their original installer for warranty claims. If the original installer is unreachable, contact us at customercare@carzspa.in within 30 days of noticing the issue.

Proof of purchase and an e-warranty record are required for any warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

CarzSpa or its affiliates shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Warranty is limited strictly to the conditions stated above.
